Conference participants from different branches often come together for the first time on the evening before the conference begins. Wouldn't a cosy get-together to get to know each other simplify the start of the conference the next morning?
Our fetzenbude, in the chestnut garden in front of the hotel, is the perfect place to organise just such a get-together. With delicious pulled burgers, jacket potatoes and cool drinks, you can get to know each other in a cosy atmosphere.

The somewhat different end to the conference in the evening can be an interactive fondue, where the conference participants become the chefs themselves. Here, every conference participant is encouraged to prepare their own dinner and automatically gets to socialise with the other participants. When the weather is fine, the fondue can of course also be enjoyed on one of our many sun terraces.
For up to 6 people we offer a fondue package including aperitif, wine, water, beer, hot drink and dessert.

For conference groups of up to 10 people, we offer a 3-course evening menu in the cosy ambience of the Geniesser Restaurant Brunshaupten, agreed with you in advance. As guests of this exquisite restaurant, you will not only enjoy a delicious menu, but above all a fantastic view of the promenade and the sea.

Would you like to experience first-hand what goes on behind the scenes in our hotel kitchen? Our Cooking Club makes this possible! Get stuck in together and cook your own evening meal! Get to know our friendly kitchen team and take one or two insider tips home with you. Aprons are provided to participants on loan from the hotel. Afterwards, the menu cooked together will of course be eaten.

If the minimum turnover is not reached in the event rooms, the difference will be charged as room hire.
