We set our talents free! Our Upstalsboomkes want to show what they can do in 3 courses and inspire you with an atmospheric ambience in addition to matching drinks. This year, the 2nd and 3rd year apprentices will be given a seasonal shopping basket as a guideline for the menu and will also present a valued regional partner in the main component of the main course.
Half of the proceeds will go to the Bad Doberan food bank.
