Heimat stands for our close cooperation with regional North German suppliers, especially from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and for seasonally adapted cuisine characterised by changing daily specials.
This understanding of home not only accompanies you on the plate, but also in the glass. From aperitifs, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages to drinks and digestifs, we like to think of enjoyment as entirely regional. At the same time, there is room for discoveries beyond the region: with more than 100 wines - regional and international - we advise you personally and with passion.
