The Ostseebad Kühlungsborn is best reached by car. If you would like to travel by train, the nearest station is "Kühlungsborn Ost", which is approx. 2 km from the hotel. We are happy to organise a shuttle service within Kühlungsborn. Please let us know your arrival time by phone or email up to one day before arrival.
We charge €18.00 per vehicle/night for parking in the hotel's own underground car park or in one of the car parks on the hotel grounds. If you are travelling with an electric car, there are 2 charging stations available in our underground car park.
The room is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 12.00 noon. Would you like an earlier check-in or a late check-out? Then inform yourself here about our options.

The "Fulgen" restaurant and the "Brunshaupten" restaurant, each with its own terrace, the "Arendsee" Viennese café and the "Cubanze" lobby bar round off the hotel's gastronomic offering. In our Restaurant Fulgen, there is no set menu in the evening, but you can put together your own 3-course menu from our daily evening menu at a price of €49.00 per person/evening.
With a view of the sea, our à la carte cuisine in Restaurant Brunshaupten combines the best that the region has to offer. Here, regionality, seasonality and organic quality are emphasised.

You do not need a reservation for the Viennese Café Arendsee or the Cubanze bar.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved four-legged friends in designated rooms on request and charge a surcharge of €25.00 per night (from 01/01/2026: €30.00 per night). A cosy blanket and food bowl are available in the room for the duration of the stay. There is also a doggie SPA at the main entrance: here you will find all the utensils you need to remove sand from your four-legged friend after a walk. Read here about our house rules for dogs.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our restaurants "Fulgen" and "Brunshaupten". We ask that your four-legged friends stay in your room during meals.
Please remember to take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with our partner ERGO travel insuranceto avoid possible costs in the event of cancellation or changes at short notice.
