If the request fulfils the contractual conditions and is accepted by the respective Upstalsboom hotel, you will receive a new reservation confirmation with the lower room or package price minus 10% by e-mail. Your first reservation with the higher price will be cancelled automatically.

If the request is not accepted by the respective Upstalsboom Hotel because one or more of the contractual conditions are not met, you will receive the reason for this.
